Meet Ryan Kellogg

Hello! Having the good fortune of serving as an Army Captain and combat platoon leader, I am familiar with what it takes to be comfortable in uncomfortable environments. As a sales leader in the healthcare industry my experience has been no different. With 15 years’ in lab diagnostics, I have come to appreciate the need to stay innovative and open-minded as obstacles await around every corner.

I have a passion for leadership, team mentality, and a winning culture. Never before have these values been more put to the test than today. As we seek to find solid footing following a global pandemic, I believe strong leadership and a positive company culture to be the north star.

Whether leading large or small teams, I have always tried to keep my head on a swivel and focus on the people aspect of work. The time is now to take a deliberate effort toward employee experience. It is my goal to partner with organizations in an effort to emphasize importance of developing your people to create sustainable growth.
